Alan Winduss, Director

Alan has been involved in professional accounting in public practice for over 40 years, specialising in matters relating to corporate management and structuring, company secretarial including Securities Exchange compliance and corporate finance matters. He is also experienced in international business matters. Alan sits on the boards of both public and private companies, and is the Company Secretary of multiple listed entities.
Stuart Third, Director
BBus MTax FCA CTA AGIA ACIS
Stuart has worked as a professional accountant for over 25 years, and after joining Alan in 2000, became a director of the practice in July 2004. He has presented on taxation matters for the Taxation Institute of Australia, and currently leads masterclasses and workshops for candidates undertaking the CA Program to qualify for the Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Stuart is widely experienced in taxation planning for all levels of business structures and individual personal requirements, and directs all taxation aspects of the practice, including staff training and supervision. Stuart also has experience in corporate governance matters and as Company Secretary of publicly listed companies.
Arun Mudaliar, Associate

Arun is a Chartered Accountant who started with our firm in May 2009 and now has over 10 years’ experience in public practice. He is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for listed entities and businesses, and provides advice to clients on business and taxation matters. Arun also attends to corporate reporting and company secretarial matters as required for the listed entities that he is involved with.
Jing Wang (Jenny), Associate
BCom MAcc CPA
Jenny joined our practice in July 2006 and is a CPA with over 10 years’ experience in public practice. She is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for publicly listed companies as well as small businesses. Jenny undertakes corporate reporting and company secretarial matters for the listed entities that she is involved with. Jenny also assists Alan in relation to consulting matters, particularly clients undertaking business in Asia, due to her academic qualifications and experience in that region.
Yang Luo (Lance), Accountant
Lance commenced with our practice in August 2007 and is a CPA. He is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for small businesses, self managed superannuation funds and individuals, as well as attending to the regulatory requirements of the self managed superannuation funds.
Daniel McLean, Accountant
Daniel joined our firm in September 2016 after successfully completing the CA Program and becoming a Chartered Accountant. He is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and taxation returns for small businesses, and is continuing to gain experience assisting clients with their business and taxation needs which will allow him to provide advice to clients on various aspects of their affairs.
Kyle Ellis, Accountant
Kyle commenced with our firm in October 2017 whilst completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree, and has commenced his studies to become a Chartered Accountant. Kyle is assisting with the preparation of income tax returns and financial statements, and is gaining experience and an understanding of business operations that will allow him to provide assistance to our clients in the near future.
Kay Alco, Practice Administrator /Suburban Bookkeeping Services Coordinator
Kay has been working with Alan for several years, and as well as maintaining our office administration, she also co-ordinates the bookkeeping services provided within our firm.
Carrie Kelly, Administration
Carrie joined us in July 2019 and is responsible for the administration of companies’ ASIC and associated requirements as well as providing assistance to Kay and our accounting team. She is also is our contact point for debtors management.
Demi Magatelli, Reception
Demi joined us in September 2019 and will usually be the person who greets you when contacting our office. Demi assists with various aspects of the firm’s administration.
Karen Banducci, Bookkeeping
Karen has several years’ experience in providing bookkeeping services and has completed Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping).
Karen Sarich, Bookkeeping
Karen has a Diploma in Accounting and more than 20 years’ experience in bookkeeping and assisting clients with record keeping for their businesses.
Karen is currently in office on Wednesdays, but otherwise works remotely or at our clients’ premises.
